DesignPro typically work with clients throught the following 5 stages of their projects:

Problem Analysis
We strive to understand each customer’s problem, objectives and budget requirements and then we will design the optimum system to reach these goals while allowing the system the ability to change and grow along with the client. Our diverse experience allows us to present a variety of viable options by using high-tech solutions, sound engineering principles and fast service.
Design
Our design stage includes 3D modelling, PDM system (product data management), 2D to 3D conversion services and E-drawings. All of which assists us in ensuring the most suitable solutions are designed to meet the customer’s requirements and they allow us to share this information with the customer at an off site location.
Prototyping
In house we are able to produce a virtual prototype using 3D, which allows engineers assess the suitability of the design to match the requirements of the customer early in the process before any parts are manufactured. Virtual prototyping is an effective method that saves the customer time and money in search for the most suitable solution for their requirements.
Build
Our team build all products in our purpose layout manufacturing facility in Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick. We work in conjunction with our tooling partner Metaspark who produce high precision tooled component parts for industry.
Installation
In addition to in house assembly we also provide assembly on site at the customer’s location. On both occasions quality inspections are implemented to ensure the highest standard of quality is met. Once installation occurs on site, each customer is provided with special online systems and construction knowledge to ensure correct usage of the product.
