Contract Tooling

DesignPro works in conjunction with its tooling partner Metaspark to produce superior precision tooled components for industry. Machined parts are manufactured to a high standard that is fully traceable according to ISO 9001.

All contract tooling is provided with individual quality inspection reports showing all dimensions according to supplied drawings with material utilized from a proven certified supplier – Uddeholm.

Injection Moulding

We offer a wide range of expertise in the design, engineering and building of all moulds using all types of building steels. This means total commitment - we serve your total moulding needs to give you an unbeatable competitive advantage.

Using sophisticated computer-aided design technology and the latest equipment, we provide a technically superior mould to assure your project success. Stringent quality checks are applied at every stage of the production. Again we work with you to determine the procedures and tests best suited to your product. Before going to batch production, we produce a trial run and submit a sample for your approval.


Press Tooling

From design to the finish product – we can deal with a wide scope of press tooling, ranging from single operation blanking and forming tools to complex progression tooling for a variety of markets. Our expertise in these fields extends to the manufacture of prototype tooling to customer's requirements , one-offs to your requirements, or in the manufacture of single or multistage presstools for the mass production of components in either your own or our press shop.
